Our terms are published, not negotiated case-by-case. 70% is payable before production begins; the balance falls due 10 working days before delivery. Material substitutions or scope additions require your written approval. Final connection of appliances, water, and gas is excluded — we install dry, and we state it plainly before you sign.

You work directly with Guruswaroop Pommarapalli (Founder & Design Head) and Charan Pommarapalli (Founder & Operations Head). The founders who design your kitchen oversee its manufacture. No rotating account managers.
We work alongside your architect or interior designer as an execution partner. Your architect's drawing is the brief. We issue detailed shop drawings back for sign-off and resolve MEP conflicts before manufacture — never on installation day.
Not every kitchen faces the same challenges. Villas and apartments come with different constraints and different opportunities — so before we design anything, we tailor our approach to which one is yours.
Every kitchen sits in a different environment — humidity, ventilation, direct sunlight — and most carcass boards simply aren't built for it. We use FSC-certified, moisture-resistant boards and fronts machined in-house on German equipment to tolerances under 0.1mm, so doors still close flush after your fifth monsoon, not just your first.
Design to Sign-Off: 2–6 months depending on scale. Order to Delivery: 8 weeks. Installation: 5–7 days on site.
