What The Estimate Covers, And What Moves It
An estimate becomes a problem when it is silent about what is excluded. Ours separates design, materials, hardware, and installation as line items. Material substitutions or scope additions require your written approval. Final connection of appliances and gas is excluded — we state this plainly before you sign.
How Society Rules & Access Are Managed
Apartment towers demand tight coordination. Society rules, lift bookings, and shared corridors dictate the schedule. Our site teams plan the 5–7 day installation around your building's access hours, coordinating directly with your facility manager.
Who You Will Actually Be Speaking To
You will work directly with Guruswaroop Pommarapalli (Design Head) and Charan Pommarapalli (Operations Head). Not a rotating account manager. The founders who draw your kitchen personally oversee its manufacture.
Whether Your Architect's Intent Survives
If you are working with an architect, their drawing is the brief. We work to their details, issue precise shop drawings back for approval, and flag MEP conflicts before manufacture. We do not redesign around what is convenient for us to build.
